Caitlin graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a pre-physical therapy concentration. She went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2018. After graduate school, Caitlin began taking courses with the Manual Therapy Institute to further her knowledge in orthopedics. While she enjoys treating a variety of conditions, Caitlin has a special interest in treating gymnasts, patients with spinal dysfunction, and those with shoulder pain. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys seeing live music, traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants!

After 3 years on a job making windows, Mark needed a job that resembled a career. He was interested in the medical field and a friend told him about the physical therapist assistant program at MHCC. The idea of helping people recover from injuries or surgery was appealing. Mark graduated from MHCC in 1984 and has been with CPT since 1991. With a fresh joke each day, Mark provides an encouraging and fun environment while helping his patients recover and reach their goals.

Erika started working for the founders of Cascade Physical Therapy in 1990 when she was still in High School! After college and other administrative jobs in the medical industry, she found her way back to CPT in 2004 and the rest is history! Erika is a native Oregonian and has been married to her High School sweetheart Craig for 27 years. When not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with family, baking, pedaling her Peleton and playing Scrabble.

Chandra came to CPT in 2022 with an extensive experience in Human Resources and management of people.
